7th Annual Acadia Student Research & Creative Works Symposium

Acadia Graduate Students (AGS) will once again be hosting the annual Student Research & Creative Works Symposium. The Symposium will take place this year between February 7th and 8th in the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre.

This syposium acts as a forum for any and all research by Acadia students, both graduate and undergraduate, to present their project, performances, inventions, theories, or even just plans to the Acadia community at large. Students from all departments doing any kind of research are encouraged to attend and present.

We are currently accepting submissions of abstracts or performances. Submissions will be accepted up to January 15th. If you would like to submit a project to present, the formats for submission are as follows:

Presentations/Posters:
-Preference (Poster, Presentation, No Preference)
-Name of Presenter
-Title
-Supervisor(s) & any co-authors
-Department/School/Major
-Abstract (max 200 words)

Performances:
-Name of performer
-Name of Piece
-Composer/Writer (if different from performer)
-Department/School/Major
-Brief description (max 200 words)
