The Model UN Club provides students with unique and exciting educational opportunities as they draft resolutions, engage in heated debates and master the art of diplomacy and negotiation.
Model UN committees integrate dynamic and real-world crises that carry far-reaching international implications. Each crisis update builds on preceding events, compounding conflicts and challenging delegates to adapt to escalating security threats and startling paradigm shifts.
The Acadia Model UN Club will meet approximately every week to debate, discuss and come to compromised solutions on topics at hand. Each participant will generally represent a different country or international committee, and will propose laws and draft resolutions that are best suited for their country or committee.
